Just like a small business, in 2008 Fixr began with a dream.

We noticed it was difficult to contact local businesses when you needed them - a flooded basement, a restless dog in need of a walk, a bad hair day. So we decided to put our skills to use to build a community for our neighbors where customers could go to find and contact them.
